Exercise for your mind……It’s Joggin’ Noggin’!
Join New Bern Parks and Recreation every Wednesday in April from 1:00pm-2:00pm at the Jasper G. Hayes Omega Center for our Joggin’ Noggin’ program. This program, designed for persons 55 and older, will offer a variety of brain stimulating activities that promote mental health using fun “brain games” like word problems, memory games, brain teasers and trivia questions.
Registration is $5 for residents and $10 for non-residents. Register online on our Parks and Recreation page at NewBernNC.gov. For more information contact: Emmitt Godette at 252-639-2910 or godettee@newbernnc.gov.
